Michael Meyer – Chairman, CEO
Mike has over 35 years of experience in information technology comprising 10 years of in-house IT management and over 25 years managing and growing IT consulting and services firms. Mike’s consulting experience includes serving as the CEO of Cap Gemini U.S., co-founder and Senior Vice President of TSC, and Senior Partner at Arthur Young. At Arthur Young, he managed some of the firm’s largest clients including Kelloggs, Kimberly-Clark, and Walgreens, as well as managing its Consumer Products practice. At TSC, Mike was a co-founder, Senior Vice President, and a member of the management team that took TSC public in less than four years from start-up. At Cap Gemini, he doubled U.S. consulting operations from 2,000 consultants to over 4,000, and more than tripled its U.S. revenues from $200m to $750m. Mike has been i360’s chairman since its founding in March, 2001 and its CEO since November, 2004. Mike also serves on the advisory boards of Accelerant International and DataManagement.

Ed Willey – COO
Ed joined i360technologies in August 2001 as Vice President of the Oracle Practice. Ed's extensive experience in Information Technology, strategic procurement, contract administration, supply chain management and project/program Management spans the public and private sectors. He has served in key management roles for fortune 1000 organizations and Government agencies such as: Deloitte & Touche Consulting, Management Information Consulting, Inc., and NASA - Goddard Space Flight Center. Ed has vast experience in Oracle E-Business Suite applications and has performed multiple project management, lead and implementation functions as well as Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) designs. He has performed key management and development roles to ensure the success of projects for clients in many engagements. Ed's professional consulting experience includes various project and program management positions for Fortune 1000 and government agencies such Eaton, Florida Rock Industries, Converge LLC, NASA, NOAA and OFHEO. Ed currently serves on the Board of Directors of i360technolgies.

Alan Lieu – CFO
Alan joined i360technologies in March, 2002. He brings over 19 years of experience in the areas of Operations and Customer Service/Call Center management. Alan has extensive experience in serving the Financial Services, Medical/Property & Casualty Insurance, Utilities and Manufacturing industries. He also served in senior management roles at Cingular Wireless, WorldNet Services Corp, and National Electronics Warranty where he successfully managed large accounts such as: American Express, VISA, MasterCard, Whirlpool Corporation, Mutual of Omaha, Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce, Diners Club International and DirecTV. Prior to joining i360technologies, Alan was co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of eFluent Communications. Alan currently serves on the Board of Directors of i360technologies.

Clifford Kendall (Cliff)
Clifford M. Kendall, formerly Chairman & CEO of Computer Data Systems, Inc. (CDSI). He grew the company from a startup to 4000 employees. Prior to the founding of CDSI, his 40-year career in information technology included positions with Washington Gas Light Company, American University, Washington University in St. Louis, and the consulting firm of Booz, Allen & Hamilton, Inc. He is Past Chairman of The Technology Council of Maryland. He served as Chairman of the Greater Washington Board of Trade, Chairman of the Montgomery/Prince Georges County CEO Roundtable, and was President of the Montgomery County Education Connection. Cliff currently serves on the board of VSE Corporation and has also served as a member of the board of the Maryland Economic Development Commission. He previously served on the boards of directors of Washington Real Estate Investment Trust, Affiliated Computer Services, Inc. (CDSI merged with ACS in December 1977), and was Chairman of the Board of On-Site Sourcing, Inc. Presently, Cliff is Chairman of the Board of Regents for the University System of Maryland, and he also serves on the Board of Trustees of George Washington University. Previously, he was an adjunct professor at Johns Hopkins University teaching in their MBA program and served on the Board of the Universities at Shady Grove. Mr. Kendall also serves as director of the Montgomery County Community Foundation, which he founded and previously chaired, and the Lighthouse, which manages investments for the Columbia Lighthouse for the Blind. In addition, he is a member of the board of the University of Maryland Medical System and the Wolf Trap Foundation.

Herbert W. Perkins III (Bart)
Bart Perkins is the co-founder of Leverage Partners. He has over 25 years experience leading IT efforts for major corporations and consulting firms. Bart founded Leverage Partners to help organizations invest well in IT. He has consulted in a variety of industries including retail, consumer products, hospitality, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, health care, and financial services.
Prior to Leverage Partners, Bart was the CIO of Tricon Global Restaurants now YUM! Brands. With 33,000 stores world wide, YUM is the parent to KFC, Pizza Hut, Taco Bell, A&W, and Long John Silver. Previously, Bart was the CIO of Dole Food Company which sells a variety of fresh and packaged fruits and vegetables. He began his career at Nolan Norton & Co. and became a Partner in KPMG Peat Marwick when Nolan Norton was acquired. Bart currently sits on the boards of i360, NarrowCast, Lloyd Lamont Design, and the University of Louisville Computer Science Department. He speaks at a variety of industry events and is a Computerworld columnist.
