Fraudulent Recruiting Activity Notice

Important: Recruitment Scam Alert

i360technologies has become aware of an ongoing recruitment scam in which fraudsters are impersonating our company, our recruiters, and our hiring managers. These criminals contact job seekers through email, text, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Telegram, and other channels offering fake interviews through Microsoft Teams and fraudulent job offers using the i360technologies name and logo and forging our CEO’s signature.

If you have been contacted by someone claiming to recruit on behalf of i360, please read this notice carefully before responding, accepting any offer, or sharing any personal information.

How to verify a real i360technologies opportunity

All legitimate communication from i360technologies recruiters and hiring managers will:

• Come from an @i360technologies.com email address — never from gmail.com, outlook.com, proton.me, free webmail, or any look-alike domain (such as i360-technologies.com, i360tech.us, i360careers.com, talentgleam.com, or similar).
• Reference a position posted on our official careers page at https://www.i360technologies.com/careers  or on our official LinkedIn company page.
• Involve a live video or phone interview with an identifiable i360 employee whose name appears on our official LinkedIn page or our website.
• Never ask you to pay for equipment, training, background checks, software licenses, onboarding fees, or anything else.
• Never ask you to cash a check on our behalf, forward funds, accept and reship packages, or use your personal accounts to receive or send payments.
• Never request your bank account, routing number, full Social Security number, driver’s license image, or passport image during the interview stage. Sensitive details are only collected through our secured HR systems after a written offer is accepted.

If anything you’ve received does not match the points above, treat it as a scam.

Known red flags of the current scam

• Offer letters or interview invitations sent through messaging apps (WhatsApp, Telegram, Signal, Microsoft Teams chat from a personal account) rather than email.
• Emails from notifications@smartrecruiters.com. i360 does not use smartrecruiters as our ATS.
• Interview “platforms” that you’ve never heard of, or interviews conducted entirely over chat with no video or voice.
• Pressure to accept quickly, requests for confidentiality, or instructions not to discuss the offer with anyone.
• Job descriptions, salary figures, or benefits that seem unusually generous for the role.
• Requests to purchase a laptop, equipment, or gift cards with a promise of reimbursement.
• Communications routed through third-party recruiting websites we have never used, including talentgleam.com and any site that resembles a generic applicant-tracking platform.

What to do if you’ve been contacted

1. Do not reply, click links, or open attachments from the suspicious message.
2. Do not send money, banking details, identity documents, or copies of your ID.
3. Verify directly with i360technologies. Forward the full message — including the sender’s email address, full email headers if possible, phone number, screenshots of chats, and any documents received — to ddijoy@i360technologies.com. We will confirm within one business day whether the outreach was genuine.
4. Report the scam. Even if you have not lost money, reporting helps shut these operations down:
   • FBI Internet Crime Complaint Center: https://www.ic3.gov
   • U.S. Federal Trade Commission: https://reportfraud.ftc.gov
   • If you are outside the U.S.: your national consumer-protection or cybercrime authority.
5. If you have already shared sensitive information or sent money:
   • Contact your bank immediately and request a fraud hold on affected accounts.
   • File a police report in your local jurisdiction.
   • Place a fraud alert with one of the major credit bureaus (Equifax, Experian, TransUnion).
   • Change passwords on any accounts where you reused credentials.
